Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Black Jeans on 23-12-2021 in your showroom at Selaiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I have hand washed the jeans two times only, but it was faded. I have raised the issue in the same showroom on 08-03-2022, but the sales man have taught me how to wash the jean and he didn't listen my complaint. But Mr. Abdul, Manager have collected the jean and requested me that he will raise the complaint to the Head Office and try to exchange the jean. Today I have visited the showroom, but the Manager informed me that he didn't get any reply from the head office. So I kindly request you to consider my complaint and do the needful.
