I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent quality of your chips. I recently purchased a bag of your chips and found that they were stale and had a strange taste and one chips was half black maybe burned or i dont know what
As a loyal customer of your brand, I was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the product. I have always enjoyed your chips and have never had an issue with them in the past.
I am writing this complaint to inform you of my experience and to request that you take action to improve the quality of your chips. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the issue and take steps to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.

Yesterday I have purchased one lays chips packet which is 50 rupees. And I got shocked while opening the packet.....at the bottom there is (around 15/20 chips maximum) only a less amount of chips inside that. It's not even worth for 20 rupees.....I am so disappointed.....I will never buy lays again....I prefer bingo instead they provide more than this.....I got angry and I am so disappointed.....If there is any option to complaint in the court....I will definitely complaint about your company.
