आपको सूचित किया जाता है कि :-
1. यह कि कल दिनाँक 05 मार्च 2019 को रात्रि को V.T. Road मानसरोवर, जयपुर से मैने एक दुकान से Lays Spanish Tomato Tango के 35 ग्राम वाले 10 रुपये मूल्य के 02 पैकेट खरीदे। जिनका कुल मूल्य 20/- रुपये मेने PayeTim के द्वारा भुगतान कर दिया। जिस दुकान से खरीदे वो दुकानदार दुकान बंद करके जा ही रहा था तब मैंने उससे ये पैकेट खरीदे।
2. यह कि पास ही सब्जी मंडी चल रही थी जहाँ से मैने कुछ सब्जिया खरीदी। वहाँ दोनों पैकेट्स में कुछ तुलनात्मक कमी महसूस होने पर मैने सब्जी मंडी के एक सब्जी विक्रेता के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कांटे पर इनका वजन किया तो एक पैकेट का वजन मात्र 18 ग्राम ही आया यानी 35 ग्राम की जगह मात्र 18 ग्राम जबकि दूसरे का वजन सही था। यही नही बल्कि इस पैकेट ध्यान से देखने पर पता चला कि ये पैकेट expire भी हो चुका है। वापिस दुकान पर जाने पर दुकानदार जा चुका था।
3. इस प्रकार आपका उक्त पैकेट ना केवल वजन में बहुत कम निकला बल्कि expire भी था। ये दोनों कृत्य उपभोक्ता के साथ छल , ठगी और स्वास्थ्य के खिलवाड़ की श्रेणी में आते है।
आप यह स्प्ष्ट करे कि आपके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही क्यो ना कि जाये?
