Dear sir,
I bought three packets of Camlin Supreme triangular pencils from our nearest store.My Childrens have very good experience using this brand pencils because of its good quality that includes lead,wood,eraser and pencil sharpener that we get along with the whole pack.but now i dont know why all the quality went from it.It has no eraser,always breaking lead tip.I dont know what to do?Should i select any other brand or you can solve my problem anyway.I have remaining two packets.

I am running coaching classes since last 10-15 years and i am using white board marker of camlin co . Sice last one year i have observed the quality has been drastically went down asobserved.marker are dry and even after refilling ink of the same co it does not give good result . Please look in to the matter and try to improve the quality of the product . Camlin is the best company but i have disappointed by the white board marker .
