I have made a complaint for a small part to be replaced for the flush sheet but till date the part is out of stock and it is not replaced. Why do u make such things for which you are unable to provide a replacement and your executive never picks up the phone call. Is this a way to serve a customer who has purchased complete Kohler sanitary parts and a small part u are unable to replace and for that also you are charging money ???
