Respected Sir
I, Bijaya Banerjee R/o. A-1/103, Mayur Apartment, Sec-9, Rohini had ordered some food from your food chain KFC that is from 10, district centre, Mangalam Place, Sector-3, Rohini. But the order is thru KFC APP. The receipt No. is 4189967 - the sum of Rs. 851/-. Now u asked me about the feedback of your food and the service. Sir, It was was my first and the last experience to have an order on app.U can checked it also. But unfortunately it was my bad experience to have the food order from this app. It is better I should visit your food counter personally and have my order. I was so depressed and surprised to see that such a big firm from what I ordered the food and you had provide the whole food stale and the tender of the chicken is so hard that no one can chew it properly. I think the KFC announced that it has juicy from inside but I m sorry we have to throw all the food out. It was so sad that the poor people who suffer for food and we are throwing it out. The fried roll (Chicken) what I ordered it was so dry and there was no cheese no white mayonnaise and it was so hard that the fillings inside seems it was prepared much more before time and it delivered to me after one day. The smooky grill which is my favourite I have to throw it out. Oh my god still....today I and my whole family are in a such a bad condition that they all r suffering from severe stomache infection. Still have being on medicine but we all r having severe bad stomache. It was really a bad impression from not my side but whom I m talking about your food they all r saying stop eating all these type of nonsense food. See the Mdonalds, its closed. I should urge you to please asked your vendor to please supplied the food fresh not the stale food which left before the day or left which was not sold. You people didnt have any feelings that if you r supplied the stale food if by chance something serious happened than thing what will happen to you all.
But its sure I m not at all have your food again in my life and not I asked any people to go for your food.
I m Sorry I m suppose to do because of the health issue. Such a big firm and the things what you served is not upto the mark.

I had ordered long box for my famiky at kfc ambiance mall. Sorry to report the food was stale cold and served with pathetic presentation.date 23 09 2018.
The store incharge behaviour was also bad.
I feel cheated and humiliated in front of my family at kfc ambiance mall.
It was very disappointed besides wastage of my money. Pl improve nd comeents.
