आपकी jio company के नवलगढ़(जिला-झुंझुनूं) में आज मैं पुराने हैंडसेट को बदलवाने के लिए गया था। वहां पर एक गार्ड व एक कर्मचारी मुझे मिले थे उनसे मैने मेरे कार्य के लिए बताया लेकिन उन्होंने मेरे से मेरे कार्य के लिए बात करना ही उचित नहीं समझा और मेरे को वहां से टरका दिया। अगर जियो जैसी कम्पनी में भी ऐसा ही चलेगा तो कम्पनी कैसे चलेगी।मैं गया उस समय आफिस में अन्य कोई कर्मचारी उपस्थित नहीं था। इस प्रकार मैं आपकी कम्पनी के कार्य से संतुष्ट नहीं हूं।

Dear Sir/Madam,
Refer to the subject, I am from Jaipur Rajasthan. I have applied for port to Jio on 29th July by online mode. Mr Lekhraj (Mb. No. 9950988857 visited to my Address (Jaisingpura Khor Jaipur) to deliver the SIM, but unfortunately it is not approved. Since then I am contacting Lekhraj but he is not responding, making me fool. Now neither I have my old subscriber Idea and nor getting subscription from Jio because of this careless, irresponsible and rude Agent Lekhraj. Please help me. Is this the way Jio welcomes new customer.
