Yesterday I have lodged a complaint that I have paid Rs.399/- to Reliance Jio for Recharge my JIO No.- 7984285955 through my HDFC Bank Credit Card on Dt.-26.10.2017 vide Transaction No.- 084607, but still my JIO sim is not activited and for the same, I have already lodged a complain to customer care on Dt.-02.11.2017 vide Complain No.-SR00000EGS1W, but till today i have not get any response from your end. u are requested to recharge my sim with immediate iffect or give refund of Rs.399/- to my credit card.
