मैं गिरिडीह जिला के जमूआ प्रखंड के मिर्जागंज का उपभोक्ता हूँ। मेरा उपभोक्ता अंक MLD0128B है। मेरे घर से बिजली पोल की दूरी लगभग 300 मीटर है। जहाँ से मैं बाँस के सहारे अपना तार से किसी तरह बिजली का उपभोग कर रहा हूँ, लेकिन आये दिन तार गिरने एवं जलने के कारण काफी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है। इसलिए महाशय से आग्रह है कि मेरे घर तक बिजली की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने की कृपा करें जिससे मैं सुचारू रूप से बिजली का उपभोग कर सकु। साधन्यवाद

BN9152 hai address Birsanager zone no 10 east singbhum hai chota gobindpur range me aata hai sir mera her month ka bill update hai last two month se koi meter reading lene nahi aaya hai aur ajj date 13/09/2019 ko meter reading wala aaya aur appka bill jayda aayega bina meter reading leye bola maine bola ki mai to her month bill pay kiya hai last month se app meter reading lene nahi aaye usne kaha ki app bolo to mai adjust ker denge. Nahi to appka 10000 ka bill 2 month me asyega sir please dissolve this issue i am working in defence(soldier).

Hi I paid the online bill for the month of July through the urja Mitra online payment mode. The bill amount was Rs. 3031, the amount was deducted from my account but the receipt for the same was not generated.
When the bill for this month got generated, the same amount is reflecting as arrears.

Me karishma Pritam, daughter of k.k. Rana from k.p akriti enclave Dipatoli is complaining that there is a fault in our bill. They suddenly increased our bill to 30,40 k and further monthly bill is coming with d find on the basis of that fault bill. Still we submitted 15k and tried to settle it down. But they continuously forcing us to do full payment. Moreover I and my siblings are student still they come and cut our power and behave rudely with my mother. गाँव मे बिजली आया है 17 महीने पहले और बिल आ रहा है चालीस हजार और बीस हजार जो एक ही नाम पर एक ही घर मे दो बिल आ रहा है और तो और मेरे गाँव मे लगभग ऐसे ही 50 से 60 उपभोक्त है जिसमे से सब का यही हाल है किसी का 36 हजार तो किसी का 40 हजार बिल आ रहा है और हाल ही में मीटर भी लगा जिससे कुछ लेना देना नही बस बिल काटने वाले आते है और 518 या 700 महीने का बिल देकर चले जाते है
इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध करते है कि इस व्यवस्था में सुधार करने की कृपा करें और मीटर से बिल निकल कर देने की आप चतरा जिला के कान्हाचट्टी प्रखंड जो कि हमलोग का ढेबरो पावर हाउस से बिजली दिया जाता है उसको आप अदेसानुशार इसे सुधारने का कृपा करें।
