हमें धनबाद क्षेत्र में के अंतर्गत ग्राम धोबनी Dhandabar का रहने वाला हूं। आज दिनांक 12 1 2019 को में करीब 11:44 को में बिजली विभाग जो हमारे कंट्रोल रूम है फोन लगाने पर वह मेरे को 2:30 में लाइन चार्ज करेगी पर मैं 3:00 बज के 40 मिनट पर फोन फोन लगाने पर व बोला कि कि मेरे मिस्त्री से पूछ लीजिए क्योंकि मैं लाइन नहीं काटा हूं क्योंकि वह लाइन कट कर गया है क्योंकि कंट्रोल का घर मालूम नहीं होगा किसी और को मालूम होगा कि बिजली विभाग का लाइन कब मिलेगा नहीं मिलेगा वादा तो बहुत करती है कि 24 घंटा लाइन रहेगी पर हमारे यहां पर कोई शिकायत नहीं करती है और आप से नर्म निवेदन है कि कि मेरी एक छोटी बिंदुओं पर थोड़ा सा कॉल कीजिएगा क्योंकि मैं आम आदमी हूं ज्यादा मैं कुछ चाहता नहीं हूं लाइन की व्यवस्था के कारण मुझे शिकायत करनी पड़ रही है जो कठिनाई मुझे हो रही है विद्युत कटने की वजह से मैं जानता हूं कि रोड पर काम चल रही है लेकिन एक कुछ निश्चित समय पर काम चले तब ना कितने से कितने बजे तक काम होगी पर रूम कॉर्न फ्लोर को कुछ नहीं मालूम कि मेरा लाइन कितना बजे तक काटा जाएगा कितना बजे तक लाइट नहीं आएगी क्लाइन मेरे को चार्ज करना है कि नहीं करना है कुछ नहीं मालूम अगर उनको नहीं मालूम होगा तो किस को मालूम होगा जो खुद चार्ज करते हैं उन्हीं को नहीं मालूम कि मेरे को के घंटा लाइन मेरे को काटना होगा कि घंटा नहीं करना होगा पूछने पर बोलता है मेरे ऊपर से पूछो जो काट कर गया है मेरे को बोल दे कि सुबह काटेंगे शाम को देंगे तभी चलेगा अभी 4:15 पूर्वाहन हो गई है इसीलिए में आपसे निवेदन है थोड़ा इस पर ध्यान दिया जाए इससे मैं आपका बहुत आभारी रहूंगा मेरी छोटी बूंदों पर कृपया ध्यान देंगे।

My consumer number MD00925 Hazaribag a rular area. One and half year later I changed meter from electricity department, this month meter updated and department said your last bill amount due Rs. 24000/-
I paid full amount of previous year due amount. When meter damaged fixed amount of bill send by department and every month paid amount before changed meter.
Then I want to say that how to solve the problems.

But it was not sorted out till and dps charges increasing.
