I have purchased jeans on 20th July Vide Transaction No 27156301001069 from Vashi Inorbit mall store. I immediately returned the jeans to store at 10 PM as it was creating problem with my wallet in pocket. I never faced this problem before.Also label at back side is very thin and is torn in all the pants. It is a quality issue. I have returned the jeans but requested for refund. Kindly help. I have written on customerservice@bestseller.com on 24th July but got no response.

I received my order from jackjones.in, and did not like the look and feel of one pair of shoe, out of the 3 I had ordered online . I could not find the number or procedure to return. Finally today I got the customer care number from a store in gurgaon. When I called customer care number, the lady on the phone said she can not do anything as it has been 25 days since I received my oder, and return policy is just 15 days . While I understand it, however I was not aware of the procedure to retrun, and could not find the number . I wear only jack and jones since 7 years now . This is the first time I have ordered from online store, and it has been a disspointing experience . Some of the stores have even gone ahead and returned the goods after 2 months as they know me very well. My oder ID is JJ00038528, and mobile number -9873049014.I still feel positive about jack and jones , and think that you will do something about it

I am a big fan of jack &Jones jeans from last many years.
But this time 2 years back I purchased a jacket from Surat Gujarat store.i hardly used trice or four times (due to weather of Surat) and it becomes slowly crack from every where.its totally useless.
First time I felt I am cheated by Jack & Jones.
My friends told me to post the photographs on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.but I thought to first tell you.
Request you to please help so that my trust in you will remain same.

I was a great fan of Jack and jones but from last few years the quality and durability of the clothes is very poor. I bought a T shirt 6 months ago and washed it only once and it got shrinked more than 40 percent.
Even customer service of JJ is poor, they send only automated emails and TFN kept me waiting for long time with auto music
