My question is that. If I break any railway rules and I m ready to pay penalty on the spot then why should I visit in railway court.
I travelled from miraroad to boriwali..bymistake I enter in ladies lugguage compartment and at boriwali station railway police catched me and he asked me my mistake.and I agree that it was my mistake. I agree to pay penalty but he is not ready .he arrest me and told me to u have to come in andheri court. But I was in hurry and also feared. Police told me to pay 1200/- as a bell and come in andheri court on monday. But i do not have time on monday So I pay 1200/- rs in boriwali railway police station and done settlement.because I feared from police and court.
