Sir I had purchased Hikvision CCTV Camera in the year 25sep 2016,
Sir some fault has been in the DVR,so I had send the DVR to the agent who I have purchase, the date for fault in DVR I had send was 9oct2018,the agent whom I had purchased ,he said that the company has reject this piece to repair,so you have to purchase a new one, but I said that this DVR is in the warranty,so you can help me sir for this DVR.
