I have purchased glamour fion 10-9-19 and due to rain byke is not starting and servicing center is not picking up my byke after so many request and call and now they are saying that I cannot claim my warranty and insurance,what I can do now, this is your service?now I am thinking that I have made a mistake by purchasing a hero byke,Ian in extreme tension

I have purchased a new glamour fi byke on 10-9-19 from chandan Auto , kankarbagh Patna,Bihar and due to rain byke is not starting and even after request and complain no body is listening to me and no one is giving pick up service even when I am ready to pay pick up charge and now they are saying that I cannot claim my warranty and insurance so please tell me what I can do now because I am in extreme tension
