I ordered a product "whinsy flawless lipstick shape painless electronic facial" on 18th june. It was damaged, missing part, and missing battery also when I got this. I complaint about this but in comment the executer write only that battery is missing, that is why I couldn't get my product's replacement. I complaint again and this time the executer said that replacement option is not available for some hours and told me to call again. Now I'm trying to call on Flipkart it's saying WRONG NUMBER. why? How will I get my replacement order? Please solve my problem.

I ordered "Hair removal(Flawless-03)". Which I got Damaged with missing part and missing battery. After complaint the executer mentioned only Battery missing issue. So I couldn't get replacement. I complaint again they say replacement is not in option, call back again after some hours. Now I'm calling and the computer is saying that I've dialed wrong number.
If I couldn't get my replacement I'll complaint about this in consumer helpline.
