I will apply my pf on 6.9.18 then after few days later I will check my claim status there was seen claim under processing 18.9.18 recheck there was seen claim status not available and pf pass book view withdrawal is done....

Dear Sir/ Madam
I had worked for 5 year in LG Electronics Pvt.Ltd. and contributed to my PF account for all those 5 years. I left my job in july 2014 and had submitted my PF form on 21 Aus 2018 with online mode . As the amount was not received . I called to the PF help line number today there they told me that your claim settled successful in 4 sep 2018. But my claim amount not credited in my account.
Kindly give me any answer asap.
