I want to use present UAN no. only and close older by crediting the amount to my bank account or merging with present UAN..

Respectfully, sir mene 30-06-19 ko epf apply Kiya tha ar 08-07-19 ko mere pas claim 3 days main account main aane ka massage aaya tha.but abhi tuk mere account m amount nhi aaya h ,aur main apna epf account check kerti hu to usme already settel dikha RHA h fir main apke customer care pur phone kerti hu to vo log dusre ka number de dete hai.muzhe bhut need h so please help me.
