सर् मे पहले गुड़गांव कि टोलरोड कंपनी फीडबैक में काम करता था मेने अप्रेल 2019 को दूसरी कंपनी जोइन कर ली है J T C L जो कि नासिक कि कंपनी है अब में अपना पीएफ फ़ीडबैक से JTCL में करना चाहता हु ओर मेरा यूएन नंबर सेम है 100050684417 सर् मेने फीडबैक कंपनी में बात करी ओर बोला मेने जो अभी जो कंपनी जोइन कर रखी है उसमें मेरा पीएफ़ tharsfar किया जाए लेकिन वो कहते है हमारे यहाँ से हो चुका है आप पीएफ़ ऑफिस में बात करो तो सर् मेने पीएफ कंपनी के टोल फ़्री नंबर पर बात नही हो पाई सर अब आप ही समस्या का समाधान करे धन्यवाद

When i open the epf account then i want to change mobile number after that i click forgot password then written there send otp this mobile number yes or no i select no because this no. Is not available after that i fill the UAN number and DOB then i select gender when i saw that written there gender information is not available in this system.
What should i do plzz tell me how can i open the epf account
