My Kyc is still not updated by the employer and from the epf office siliguri. I had gone many times to the epf office. They show some mistakes had happened in father's name.. N told me to fill the correction form I have subbmited the correction form 2 months ago but still no response.. One of the staff of epf office told me that he can help me to update the kyc for epf. But for that he asked me to pay him some amount. I payed him the amount but its 2 months passed no reponse. What should I do now?

I want to withdraw my PF but getting error Pan verfication failed. (Name against UAN does not match with the NAME in Income Tax Department).
FOr same i had mailed and sent joint declaration form to employer changes also done but same error getting again and again, Requesting you to resolve the issue on priority or confirm what should i have to do for that...

My beloved wife Late. Mrs Vijayalakshmi Srinivas Having PF No KD/MAL/0094047/000/0000428, and UAN number 100235673741. It appears that your Kandivali office requires form k as the PF is a continuation of her old employers where her PF number was MH/BAN/125537/41.
I request you to kindly forward the details to Kandivali PF office so that my wifes Family Pension Claim is settled and pension payment started.
Since I am also suffering from Slip Disc,Hypertesion and other problems I request you to send the form K to kandivali office under intimation to me .
