I am very disappointed with E kart service My courier was not delivered to me on due date,After contacting several times, the other delivery boy called the next day and spoke on the phone as if I was being given the parcel for free also requested him that the parcel is urgent, I cannot wait for the next day again, so after that he came and 950 ₹ deliberately deducted from me for SCRATH in exchange fitted phone which is no deduction for SCRATH in exchange manual of flipkart.
Is this deduction correct inform me if it is correct then show me the written proof and why it is not mentioned in the manual please let me know otherwise i want my money back.....
