I had ordered 4 products on08\10\2022. but only 3 products were delivered.when I contacted the Ekart delivery person he did not pick the phone. I complained to customer care to refund me my money as it was not delivered. They are telling me that the shipper has said that all products have been delivered and not giving me a refund nor giving my missing product. I asked them to show the proof of delivery.They couldn't. Didn't know that Flipkart was such a shoddy business platform.

Hi,
My order was not delivered as I was not available when delivery boy came.So I shared my OTP and told him to deliver my product at my neighbour house .But no order is delivered there, and when I returned from office I try to call him back but he is not reachable.
Can I please get the delivery boy number so that I can ask him where he delivered my product before taking any action.

I Debashis shil, a regular customar of Flipkart, My registered phn no is 9547134281.Today was the date of Pick up a product from me as per my request to Flipkart.Early morning I received an sms from Ekar that someone would come to pick up my product. But unfortunately nobody came to pick it up. But surprisingly at nearly 11 pm I received an another sms from Ekart that "my return request cancelled due to mis-match of product." Nobody came to pick up and this product still remain in my Possession, how can it possible to mis-match. It's a big misbehave from Ekart. So I request to the authority of Ekart that please take an action on this matter and pic up my product as soon as possible.
