Anil purchased a product from dr cook and
Received a product few days back (Ordered from you, dr cook stainless steel handi worth 1250rs. The product is extremely pathetic and i raised complaint immediately to your customer support (9289227777)
Today i get a call from (+911204385555) saying "we don't take products return, no refund, replacement possible and just because you don't like the product". Is this how e-commerce policy acts nowadays? Unethically robbing money for fake products like this and provide no service further as soon as you get our money.
I want to return the product and need the refund at any cost.
