I am having Indian oil citi bank cc. Today I check my statement and found one transaction name as 'SOUTHWES 5261425582176800-435-9792 US' done by my account. I haven't done this transaction and neither received any alert message for this transaction. I complain to customer care but they didn't provide me complain id and all could plz help me to resolve this issue.
