This is Mukesh from Delhi, mobile no:9818289350. Using Toshiba TV,(LED 3212400ZE) invoice#SKB-0249 DATED ON 10-04-2015 the TV is not working since two months, given complaint on may7th 2017. Service Request (SR) No is 7I0004217
.still the problem is not solved. No one is taking responsible.I am suffering this issue last 2 months. Pls help...

I have registered a complaint on 07th of Aug 2017 but still received no response from your side and Mr Aurn ( +91 7007600701) contact number given by customer care. He never picks up the phone. My Service Request (SR) No is TIPLSR07XH00649. I have already made call to call center atleast 12 times.
