I purchased above noted set bearing No. 911566251767784 in last week of Sept 2017. After one week this set developed defective related with Hanging/ Over Heating and Non functioning of memory card. On 07th Oct 2017 I visited your authorized service center Shiv Telecom Services, Aadharshila Complex, Near RBI, Patna. He received this set saying that within three days this will be returned to me. He issued the receipt related with only Hanging problem.But now almost one month is going to be expired, the set has not been provided to me. On every query, this is being intimated that the set has been sent to Service center for its repairing. Sir, may I know how much time it will take for repairing of such a simple problem.
