Refund of excess scrutiny fee by Shobha Kumari:

How can get excess amount paid 510/- during scrutiny.
I have paid Rs. 360 for scrutiny fee (120 x 3 subject) but payment showing pending,
So, again paid scrutiny fee 360 by DD no. 936300 dt. 5-6-17 ofline.
where as announced in paper on 7-6-17 that scrutiny fee required 70/- per subject. excess amount will be refund.
I have total fee paid Rs. 720/- for scrutiny of 3 subject but fee required 210/- only.
So, kindly refund of Rs. 510/- (720-210).
