I was trying filling BPSC Form and at the time of payment my amount got debited but form filled.
Still amount has not been refunded to me its been almost 2 months and I was trying to file complain in ICICI Bank bank but they are asking for e-mail confirmation from your end that what happened with the amount that has been received to you or not.

Aise mera birth Bihar me hua hai, Madhubani district Ghoghardiha pincode hai- 847410.
But mera poora education kolkata me hua hai or abhi graduation v wahi se kar rhe hai. Aur Aise mera Birth certificate v Bihar ka hai, fir wo Jatiyae-Aawasiye and Caste certificate hai. Or ek Bank account hai Post office me. But voter card or Aadhaar card kolkata ka hai. Toh sir jab main form fill up krenge toh ushme puchhta hai ki Bihar ka residence hai ya nahi? Toh waha par kya de? Bihar ya Kolkata? Kyuki birth mera bihar me hua h or birth certificate or caste certificate bihar ka he hai. Please please please reply sir
