I registered a service request for my Bosch washing machine through customer care and the reference Id is 2314050207 on May 14th 2023.
The service engineer visited and taken the drum for service and till date no response also not attending my calls.
8 days now, we are suffering without the machine and status or progress in not known to us.
Worried of such poor service from a reputed organisation and brand. Please do something.
