Dear sir,
I have by mistake booked a room in Imperial Hotel, UK, instead of booking a room in the Imperial Hotel, New Delhi through online booking website called booking.com.The confirmation no. is 3021.385.131.
I came to know the details of the booking only after making the payments through my credit card. Shocked to see the wrong reservation done, I subsequently cancelled the transaction and then came to know that there is no refund for the cancellation.
As the transaction had happened inadvertently, I request you to please ignore the transaction and kindly refund the amount of GBP 339.00 in the same credit card account.
The cancelled details are attached in the trailing mail.

I did a booking in your hotel and cancelled it within a few minutes due to unavoidable reasons, through Booking.com. The confirmation received is copy-pasted here below, followed by cancellation mail from booking.com.
An amount of Rs. 7406 was deducted while booking ( without CCV number input, which is not clear as to how this amount was deducted from my credit card without entering CCV number).
As the cancellation confirmation mail mentions "The Riverview Retreat by Leisure Hotels has agreed to waive the cancellation fee on this occasion. You will not be charged for this cancellation", I request you to kindly refund the amount Rs. 7406.

This is not fair from your part. you have deducted money from my credit card without my consent ( @zero cancellation cost)
Booking.com mail specifies that your hotel has waived off cancellation cost but still your have not refunded the amount

Kindly refund the amount. Else I will log a complaint at customer forum and won't let you cheat customers this way.
