Hi Sir,
I have booked a room in a Hotel Vishnu Residency, Visakhapatnam from 15th to 21 April'2018 through booking.com. However, when I called in the hotel for confirmation about my booking they simply said they do not have any information about it and they haven't received any information from booking.com yet for it. Moreover, they said to make pre-payment for this booking whereas no pre-payment was require there in your site for booking when I booked. I am suppose to pay during check in as per your site then why are they asking for advance payment of $3000.00. Kindly inform the property (hotel) related to my booking confirmation. My Booking Confirmation number is "1014.898.998" & Pin Code is "9972".
Please email or contact me as early as possible. This is serious issue and its about the trust & I have trusted your site but I am feeling depressed.

I had booked Suite room through booking.com at Fab Legacy Brigade Road Bangalore from 1st May to 6th may 2018 for 3 adults consisti g of my family.
Fab Legacy hote failed to provide me suite room and asked m to move to deluxe room. I had no option but to leave the hotel and stay at other hotel with extra cost.
I tried contacting Fab Hotels on phone no.70424 24242 and they were diverting the line to higher ups or rejecting my call. Absolutely no response.
I would like to have the refund of entire amount of Rs. 12,413/- or i have to proceed with legally against the hotel as well as booking.com
Expecting a favourable response.
