To-day I booked Kiran Guest House, Kolkata for 30 Nov to 4 Dec'17. Immediately after the booking was confirmed, I got a phone call from the said Guest House demanding advanced payment, otherwise the booking would be invalid. Why do you deal with such properties who do not follow your rules? I cancelled the booking a few minutes later. Please investigate and clarify.

I have searched cottages at ooty trough Trivago, first i got information through booking.com, then through guest houser.com i have booked room and paid advance. Earlier i have not received any information from booking .com. but now they are sending message that the rooms are booked and confirmed.I have not paid any advance through booking .com how can they say that rooms are booked through them. I wish to cancel the booking.com booking.
