    Yesterday Evening i had recharge through My Phonepe application the amount also deducted & transaction Reference no T2110111755358360608333 & timing is 05:55 Pm but amount is not credit to today morning i have check my Metro card balance its shown as Nil i have check with customer care depart has telling its take 15 working days to amount is credited to your Metro card this a bad response i have received from the Sri Ramapuram Metro station customer care department has told this way customer care treating i not happy this service. Request to resolve this issues on top Priority basis.

    If we pay through UPI employee who give the tocken need to wait for message in mobile to get reference I'd.. took some time 10 to 20min to wait instead of that why can't it directed to system get the reference I'd.... bez sometime mobile servers will be .. busy...     Hi team,
    I am sure bmrcl is doing a great job.
    There are few areas in Bangalore where atleast 60-70% of people working in Bangalore commute everyday.
    The problem now is these public/private vehicles create a lot of traffic, and metro is the solution, this is a sincere request to complete the in-progress metro lanes asap and also to expand the lanes to many areas of Bangalore.

    Please make it happen soon to get all the regular commutees a big sigh of relief
    When is the plan to complete metro lanes in marathalli and electronic city

    I have done web Topup of Rs. 500/- for my Metro Card 14001352922 on 04/03/2022. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but amount has been updated in metro card i have got failed transaction report.
