    Blue dart Service by Anubhav Gaur:

    SBI team send me a credit card through blue dart. Unfortunately my house was closed when the product was delivered and after 2nd attempt I called them and said that I am available now so kindly deliver me the product. But unfortunately the product wan't delieverd at status showed 'Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed' and I was available. Again, I called them and complaint in customer service, they told me next day you will surely get it but again nobody delivered the product and the status showed 'Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed'. I had registered the complaint many times but unfortunately no one deliver the product as I needed that asap. Now the status showed ' Undelivered Shipment Held At Location'. Pathetic service I've ever seen, customer service number does not work properly, we have to try again and again in order to connect them as it says its wrong number. Please tell me what needs to be done as I need this product as soon as possible.

    From last 7 days your Loacal agency is not coming to branch for courrier pick and we are not geeting any supportive cooperation from local office

    Sales person Mr.Rakshit is very mannerless in dealing with corporate like Axis Bank your such big custoner

    Even Mr.Dilipkumar Ladumor is in picture but not taking any initiative

    They have sent a mail that their December-17 Bill is pending for payment which was not delivered to Acis bank Ghatlodia branch in that period, they have provided the said bill on 18th March 18, we have processed the bill.

    But being as vender of corporate like Axis Bank this is not acceptable by Bluedart to stop pick up service without intemation

    This is really pathetic

    Important deocuments are pending to be courrier in branch

    The same will be escalted to social media as well as your nodel too

    I am writing this to bring to your notice that the employees of your company(Blue Dart , Siliguri branch) lack professionalism
    and it is with great regret that I am writing this that the company should take strict actions against those petty employes as the employees are the ones who represent the company.
    I had orderd some products from zara but unfortunately I had some issues with the size, so then I requested for a return. The next day the courier person called me thrice and after 15 min I called him back, but not even once did he receive my call then the next day a lady was over the phone and she told me that the courier person attempted the pick up many a times which is absolutely a lie and strictly instructed me not to let my phone out of my sight which was very rude, this incident took place around 10am in the morning, but I didn't receive a call at all so at 5 pm I called at the office and the excuse that they gave me was that the courier person had exhausted his recharge, so he couldn't call me. I even bought their excuse and they had promised the pick up the very next day at around 4pm and they called me up at 2pm informing me that since my location was very far they told me that it was difficult to preform the said task.
    Actually I had requested zara to change my address and they had consented to it.
    My main grivance is that the emoyees are very unprofessional and it causes alot of inconvenience to the customers.
    I highy recommend that you take actions against such incidents and the individuals responsible for it or the company will soon loose its goodwill among the people.
    I would appreciate an apology letter for the inconvinence caused

    My parcel was misplaced and sent to another place I have been trying to contact to customer service but there is no response. First you provide contact details correct. As your service is an international service it is the minimum responsibility to provide correct details of you to customers. Please follow up my complaint and deliver my parcel very urgently.

    I has to receive on Envelop from Sbi contents credit card. Your person visited my place. During time of visited my place is locked.Your delivery man not have a courtesy to call and inform me. Today even small time courier or Angadia people visit the place they will call and inform us sir You have courier parcel your door is closed . In you case he just drop the intimation slip with call center no and wb no. Since your not working on sundaes and holidays you are not handing over the packet across the counter, I ask for delivery 1300 on next working days that 02/05. Your person not visited my place till 2.30. So i went to your Hotel Avion customer care center Met MR. Paul across the counter even he not able to help me because he also not able to contact thane branch. Blue dart just Name . One customer care no for all over India it is real a tough time to get the number. This is the way Blue dart works

    Our Tender documents were very important to reach within dated i.e 09/07/2018 but have not been reached from your side. It Causes a very big loss for our company.     AWB No : 15479929021 was reached Silchar on 21/07/18 but your website shows address not found on 23/07/2018, My question is if you are unable to locate the location than why you have not ring the contact no. Yesterday we have to contact 3 times to silchar office but they failed to deliver and today I have to collect the same personally. If you cannot deliver the items than never booked it. For this 10 days delay I have to lodge a complaint to Consumer court to give you a lesson for lapses of duty.
