Good morning , my self Hari from visakhapatnam I have purchased a bajaj pulsar Ns 200 and it is having number of complaints and this bike was purchased 2 months ago from the date of sale the bike was held up for the complaint with workshop for 40 days and right now even one complaint was also not rectified I was not happy with this bike and service station.and the company higher management was also not responding. I have asked the TSM number but they are not providing me.please do the needful sir...Ap31ET4726.... after 1st free service service engine oil leak,engine noise from first day occurring,speedometer issue rpm needle vibration ,clutch noise,right now service symbol appearing on cluster, a new complaint started engine mis firing and vehicle stooping at idle and 1500 rpm .even i complained to CEO of Varun vizag group but no use.every time they are coming and picking the vehicle this is for 6th time they picked my vehicle to workshop and not resolving yet.need the vehicle to be changed. I am waiting for bajaj to reply. Waiting for early reply....

Hello Sir, I have a Bajaj v15 bike bike no HR 99 ZZ 0532 and there is a problem of disc brake in that bike which is not giving you the company for the last three months, I have learned many times in the company very often. But they tend to think of this as a joke, they do a little bit of disc brakes in my bike and say that it has been fine but my bike does not work well for two days, they take money from me but Due to not doing any good work, going on my bike, many times the road has been blocked in the middle and Bajaj took the company, which is the staff of the company saying that the service head of that company is also talking to them. There is no effect. He did not want to fix my bike disc brake in the past even before I gave him a break of any part of the disc brake. Rai Bike has taken 6 to 7 times in Bajaj Company and I have done a small job myself and have taken 6 to 7 times, so that my salary has been cut from Sir and now he If you have to change the disc brake, you tell me so much money in the head ... I have a gift from you to help me Sir.

Good afternoon team bajaj,
my name is Vishal Pandya, i have bajaj xcd 125cc. i live in Bhavnagar and we have aroma bajaj service center in our area. I had really bad experiences to local garages so i prefer standard service at bajaj service center. i even purchased the AMC. now the validity of my AMC is over i was looking to renew it but after such poor reply i fear to come here again and thinking to purchase a new bajaj bike. Actually i was looking to buy bajaj pulser 200cc from the same showroom but now i changed my mind.
I was driving my bike with my brother and suddenly my bike turned off the ignition and anyhow it was not turning on.I was with my family and i have to face really hard troubles in hot afternoon in this summer. So straightly i came to aroma bajaj service center. Mr. Prashant, the manager of service, center refused me to service my bike saying we don't serve xcd bikes which has some serious problem. Then he ask me to service my bike at local garage, so taking his opinion seriously i went there in hot afternoon too but there was no such person or garage. Mr. prashant gave me wrong name and address. Then i asked some other mechanic to look into the matter but refused. I really felt bad for having bajaj bike, no garage mechanic is ready to service the bike and now even the bajaj service center is also misguiding the customers like this. I work in a bank and I took leave for this purpose but I think it is wasted.
I want my bike to be well maintained. i want to service my bike in the authorized bajaj service center.Is xcd 125cc not a Bajaj bike after all ? If you don't service the Xcd 125cc then make some arrangement for me to get another bike whose service is done in service center. I hope you will look into the matter and sort the matter out as soon as possible.

I have a major complaint on my Ns200 while running my bike have not rising and in speedometer the rpm limit will not goes upto 7 it stucks in between 6 and 7. I have gave for service there itself they do know the exact problem in that. Worst showroom in Karaikal (kalki motors). Poor Service, worst manager, not at all responding for my words. I have gave my bike around 1 month still they have not found the mistake in that. Please take some action

recently we was buy bajaj avenger cruise 220, but after 10 days use battery issue facing. i visit near service center but not resolve my problem they told me please visit seller center, than i was visit seller ,than they told me,we can not replacement battery right now. you will come after 10 days than i replace your battery but why.
