The person you have appointed( Vijay cycle) in Aurangabad for sale of atlas cycle, he is a faltu person.
The service he is providing is disappointed the customers.
The language he is using with customers when mentioning any problem with any cycle is make customer to think that really the atlas cycle persons are providing the dealership to such persons without thinking the behaviour of them with customer.
You have to look into this matter.
