I have visited one of the service centre of apple today in ludhiana city. I have seen very slow service the staff provided to the customers. Even they have opened only one counter to deal with customers rather they can open another one also to deal frequently. Its very time consuming for the working class. We cannot wait so long

yesterday i call to staff member they told me your phone is ready.you come tomorrow and pick your phone.Today i call at 11 am to 2pm apple store they dont pick my phone.At last i reach store they said your phone is not ready.you come after we call your.i said ok. Then I said if my Phone Is Not Ready then you pick my call and said sir not come because your phone is not ready.
one More Thing.....
your peon Madam talking way is very rudely.they said one person allowed.but most of the person are two.when we are two they behaviour very rude.She said one person go outside.i said her very hot temperature outsaide.she said i dont know anything.go outside (Muja Koi Matlab Nhi Ha Ja Marzi Jawo Bhar Garmi Ha to Garmi Ma Khadao raho)
