Dear Sir / Madam
Today i.e. 19.09.2019, I have received call through mobile no: 8367780424 informing me launching a new channel no: 444 which is a free for a week. After viewing of this channel for a week, channel will be charged Rs 51/- for a month. I have also been requested to view the said channel. Confirming this matter, a SMS has also been received.
After viewing the channel 444, I understand that the channel 444 pertains to children. As we do not have children aged below 15 years, I do not want this channel. Kindly lock the channel and confirm.
Further I observed, there is a facility to add any channel interested but there is no provision to remote dislike channel. My suggestion, a provision may be kept available for this option also.
Please confirm action taken.
