SIR,
YOUR SERVICE- EXECUTIVES ARE NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THE DIRTY WATER POURING FROM THE ZERO-B MACHINE, INSTEAD THEY STATE THAT THEIR MACHINE IS WORLD-CLASS AND THAT THEY WOULD DO THE SERVICING ONLY AFTER I MAKE A FRESH MAINTENANCE CONTRACT.
KINDLY NOTE THAT THE PREVIOUS/CURRENT ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT IS STILL VALID FOR THIS MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2022.
I AM FORCED TO MAKE THIS COMPLAINT ONLINE BECAUSE YOUR CALL-CENTER PERSONNEL ALWAYS SEND THE SAME PERSON TO MY RESIDENCE AND HE REPEATEDLY MAKES FALSE EXCUSES FOR NOT CHANGING THE CANDLES REGULARLY.
IF I AM FORCED TO SUFFER BY SUCH UNSCRUPULOUS PERSONS FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION THEN I MAY HAVE TO PERFORCE PURCHASE A NEW WATER PURIFIER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.
SINCE HEALTH IS THE PRIMARY WEALTH, I AM ONCE AGAIN REQUESTING YOU TAKE STRICT ACTION AND DEPLOY A RESPONSIBLE PERSON FOR ATENDING TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE UNDER-SINK WATER-PURIFIER INSTALLED AT MY RESIDENCE AT: A5/B-208, SFS FLATS, PASCHIM VIHAR, NEW DELHI-110063.
