Sir,I hadn't appear for mid exams of my 3 rd semester due to my health issues and my father was expired while 2nd semester exams were held.I was completely depressed. I had paid 3rd semester backlogs fees and appeared for them.My college lectures told me that,if I had to pass in 3rd sem i have to score 40 marks in every subject.It isn't possible.
