I am an existing customer of tata play with registered no 9911006815 had initiated for Amazon firestick and was told by your customer service that I would get 1 month of amazon prime but your service center not ready to provide 1 month Amazon prime. Me jab bhi new connection fit karvane ke liye call likhavata hu tab har baar 48kalak ka time lete he alwayslet karte he distibutr ko bolte he to wo sunte nahi he visal sir jo rajkot me he use bolte he to wo nahi dhayan dete.. Fiting ka jo sambhalte he servise supwer viser to wo to rudleli baat karte he or kahte he nahi hoga time se aapko likhavna hoto likhav new connection customer ko servise nahi denge esi baat karte he
