We are your Sun Direct customer for the past 6 years paying quarterly subscription of Rs.339/ regularly. My name is wrongly spelt as “DHARAVIDA MANI” instead of “A.THIRAVIDAMANI” in the SUN DIRECT connection. Please rectify.
I came to understand that SUN NEXT is entirely free in the registered mobile No.98412 72958 and expecting this, I downloaded SUN NEXT App and found that only free serials are streaming and that the other serials like CHITHTHI and all other cini programmes are not streaming. When I contacted your Sun Direct Help Line, they directed me to send a Mail to you complaining about this and that you would rectify the problems within 24 hours.
I therefore request you to rectify the issues for enabling me to view all the serials, programmes, etc in the said registered mobile without any problem.
A line of reply by way of return Mail or SMS to the registered mobile will be very much appreciated.
