I have subscribed for sunnext a one-time for a quarter however, I noticed that subscription is direct debited without my consent for the next quarter as well. I would like to know how to unsubscribe the connection. Please stop direct debiting my credit card account, i don't need the subscription. Appreciate your immediate action. Thanks!

The sun nxt app for tv which has dolby on the movie,does not emit any sound which is annoying and casting also does not support, we are paying for monthly subscription so pls respond to our issues and solve them immediately.
Though the older version app of 2018 december is working with which produces sound on all mivies on it but still the new movies arent updated and the casting is worst so pls we request you to consider this as an serious issue and solve it

have never opted to deduct the subscription of SUNNXT TV from my HDFC Bank account. However it was being deducted once in three months regularly when I am not using the services in my mobile. I have sent an e mail long back to stop it but I noticed RECENTLY that it is not yet stopped and Rs.130/- is being deducted from my account. I am one among the well wishers of SUN TV and therefore, I did not ask for refund of the amounts deducted in my earlier mail. It is not fair to pay for the services not availed by me. Hence I request to stop recovery of the subscriptions once three months forthwith in order to avoid any unpleasantness between us.
