I removed the Sun Nxt AP and re installed. The subscription is being deducted twice one for the one deleted and the other for the one which is currently on my mobile.

I have paid the monthly subscription on 28th December 2018 through HDFC Bank Credit card but till today I am not able to view any SunNXT programs. When we try to contact the customer care number 044-44676767, it is just ringing and nobody is picking the phone. There are no other number to contact them.
