I placed an order on 9th August 2019 and I still haven't received the package. After tracking the order it shows it reached thane shipment on 23rd August 2019 and it's already 27th August I still haven't received. Also your customer service is not helpful everytime I ask queries it replies the same way not helpful. Please look into the matter and let me know ASAP. There is no other was of reaching your customer service or clal service either
