    Dear Team,


    This is to bring it to your notice that i have received product with metal security, i have purchased the same from online and came through ware house. When i callsed customer care they said you need to return the product and re order the same..Also they asked me to visit mother care at infinity, which closed and at shoppers stop malad inorbit, they can not remove as the tag system are different. I am running hear and there just because of your process laps and careless attitude towards the customer. you should arrange some one to pick up my product from home and return it back after removing tag's. As this is your mistake and pathetic service.

    1) My question is how come i have received the product with metal security tag, you should have removed and send it to me.
    2) It shows that there is no process of policy for delivery and security check at your ware house, i am sure this will lead to many pilferage as customer can get it means any staff can take away anything from your store
    3) If this is your mistake than why should i return and re order at a higher price, as i have got this product at offer price.

    Please arrange someone to remove the tag at my home and take it remove tag and given back to me. You can ask customer to suffer for your mistakes.

    Hello Mother care Team,

    This is regarding  bag ID : 15608454   , we have received a damaged product and doesn’t have an option to return on application.

    Discussed with customer care several times but no use, multiple times they are raising a return request but the return executive is rejecting it because they haven’t mentioned the right reason. The received piece is damaged but the reason is mentioned as "Incorrect size" instead of "Damaged Product".

    I didn’t expect this kind of disgusting support with a brand called mother care, it’s been 20 days I have received this product but till now not been able to return it because of this miscommunication Among mother care customer care and Your delivery partner.

    Is this the way a customer should struggle after buying your product from mother care,  this is tortured experience I had with mother care and I won’t buy any product from this brand and recommend my group of people not to buy.

    I need the return should be initiated immediately and my money back to me with immediate effect … I cannot tolerate 48 hours ka drama from mother care customer support anymore....
