My mobikwik I'd:9442782977@ikwik.
I recharged yesterday for my bsnl mobile no(9442782977) for rs 144/=.
This amount debited in my bank account. But not this transaction was successful.
I asked bsnl and they replied that this 144/=plan is only for particular persons, it is not fir all. So, it is not credited in bsnl and also told them, you condact mobikwik customer care and lodge complaint,Mobikwik will refund you.
So, kindly take steps to refund my amount to my bank account immediately.
