being an educated and well aware citizen I'm really very disappointed from electricity department .we're facing electricity related issue since three days in our house only and we've filed a complaint but I don't know what was the issue there is no resolution we're contacting continuously to electricity department but, everyone was like "we're very sorry sir....we will immediately solve your problem" and after disconnecting the call there is no resolution. let forget about that we've also informed that "there are illegal connections of electricity in our area and I'm really very shocked that no one are taking actions against that because of that people's we're facing electricity issue i mean because of those who are using electricity illegally , what you all want we also start the same ???? at our house there are my parents alone at the house there are issues of thefts in our area we're worried about them coz it's been 3 days would you can really think that what is the situation and what we're getting is only disappointment from the electricity department.
