This Is Manikanta(Hall ticket No:12PD1A0486), While trying to apply OD, we are getting error like "Mail id already existed with Hall ticket Number" but I never applied to OD earlier, So Please help me on this to proceed further.

I am 2019 passed out. I called the jntk many times to track my OD. They said that it is the Pandemic time we could not send you immediatly, they siad like this a few months before. As per the jntuk web site 10-01-2022 is the last date for 2-2 exam fee payment with out late fee
And at 12-01-2022 have to pay 100 as a fine to pay 2-2 exam fee
At last with 1000 fine 13-01-2022 is the lat date to pay exam fee
But now they are saying these are the festival holidays
Colleges were closed where should we pay our supplementary fee
