I have tried to book Ixigo Customer Care Number,O6290881361 train ticket on 4th May the payment through UPI failed and afyer consecutive effort payment was through but no ticket is booked.
Since that time I am following with IXIGO management and my Bank for refund.
My Bank has confirmed that oayment is through same they confirm from IXIGO bank.
As per IXIGO suggestion charge back was raised and IXIGO bank i form that payment was credited to IXIGO account and they had rejected it.

On 20th Feb ixigo customer care number ,8391823606/ from LTT Mumbai to ERS Ernakulam ,Kerala in Duranto for 2nd March 2019 in IXIGO app.I was charged Rs 9253 with first AC charges and gave booking of second AC. I had requested through messages after messages to correct it .I had even sent them the screen shots of the charges shown in IXIGO site of 22.2.2019 which showed Rs 2730 only for second AC in Duranto where as I was made to pay Rs 9253 for the two tickets.My efforts to get it corrected through messages to IXIGO was not successful. IXIGO did not have a telephone number to contact or had an email id which replies to complaints .Later I had decided to cancel the ticket.Then IXIGO was not allowing the cancellation or responding to my requests.I had to cancel the ticket through a mail to IRCTC .
I request to refund the complete amount of Rs 9253 and ban IXIGO which is cheating the customers.
