Due to this reason I can't attand my team meeting and one client meeting I ever tried to call your customer care number no response and this is my last payment to your side .. We do not currently need your service. The hathway has been disconnected from your office for 4 months and still they make phone calls and continue to disturb us...If we get call once again, I will file a case against your company.

Hathway customer care executives tortured me thru the phone calls for the past three months for broad band connection. After giving connection there is no response from the technical team and also from customer care executives. Today morning a set of three members came and completed the installation process and told me that the internet connection will be activated in 2 hour's but so far the internet connection is not activated for me. They didn't gave my username and password also for my WiFi

Me got new connection on 13-dec-2023 still me having no internet.
Some many tickets are raised but no one come for home to resolve this issue.
Many times that tickets are closed automatically by your end but without resolving the issue.
